| William S. Bojan, Jr. - Founder & CEO
Bill Bojan has a distinguished 25-year career in the related governance fields of board operations, risk management, risk-based internal auditing, ethics, and social responsibility. Previously, Bill held the position of Chief Risk Officer and General Auditor for UnitedHealth Group, a Fortune 25 corporation. He has a successful track record of creating integrated governance structures that maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of these structures within an organization, integrating such disciplines as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley, ethics & integrity, and business continuity planning. Considered a national expert in the areas of implementing ERM systems and risk-based internal audit programs, Bill led the design, development and implementation of methodology, tools, and processes for successful ERM and internal audit programs in large, complex companies. more |

| Rich Chapman - President
In Rich’s career spanning 30 years in the financial services industry, he has served as CEO, mentor, leader, and strategist, completed a successful IPO, and inspired many as a prominent speaker and advocate for ethics and high-performance cultures. Rich was named President of IGS in 2010. His marketplace leadership began in 1985 with a start up executive benefits consulting firm that ultimately became the nation’s largest distributor of executive benefit programs and corporate owned life insurance. As its CEO, Rich successfully mobilized and developed a team of industry professionals, culminating in the endorsement of the American Bankers Association. He later rang the bell to open trading on the New York Stock Exchange when his firm merged with Clark Consulting, and he successfully completed a public offering in 1998.
