| William S. Bojan, Jr. - President & CEO
Bill Bojan has a distinguished 25-year career in the related governance fields of board operations, risk management, risk-based internal auditing, ethics, and social responsibility. Previously, Bill held the position of Chief Risk Officer and General Auditor for UnitedHealth Group, a Fortune 25 corporation. He has a successful track record of creating integrated governance structures that maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of these structures within an organization, integrating such disciplines as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley, ethics & integrity, and business continuity planning. | Jim W. Bergeson - Marketing
Jim Bergeson offers more than 30 years of marketing, advertising and publishing experience. He served as Creative Director for Colle & McVoy Marketing Communications, spending the next 19 years moving up the ladder to CEO and Chairman. Colle & McVoy grew to more than $200 million in billings with more than 300 employees and was one of the largest independent agencies in the country before its sale to Maxxcom of Toronto, Canada in 1999. Jim has extensive brand marketing experience with numerous Fortune 1000 companies, private companies and start up ventures. Prior to joining IGS, Jim served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Tiger Oak Publications, publishing more than 20 consumer and business-to-business magazines around the country. |
| Scott E. McCullough - Communications
Scott McCullough comes to IGS with extensive experience in communications and media. He has been a television news cameraman and editor, working at stations in Detroit and Boston. He was an executive producer of corporate satellite television at Wang Laboratories and IDS/American Express, and managed the interactive training network for American Express Financial Advisors. He has also worked as a media consultant and trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt. He has taught television production and editing at Boston University, Emerson College, and Brown College. Scott’s most recent role was that of Director of Project Management for UnityWorks! Media, an internet video advertising company. He has served several non-profit organizations in the capacity of event planner and communications/public relations director, including ChurchMETRO and North Heights Lutheran Church’s men’s ministries. |

| Wayne Waldera - Administration
Wayne Waldera joins IGS with over 25 years of experience as a committed Team Leader, Account Manager and Customer Service Manager in the travel, hospitality, financial services, marketing and commercial printing industries with a successful track record of leading teams to provide excellent customer satisfaction. As a member of Carlson Marketing Worldwide, Wayne was a lead Travel Administrator for hundreds of sales meetings, new product launches, incentive and loyalty programs and event programs serving between 30 and 2,000 attendees both domestically and internationally. Wayne has strong skills in research and problem solving, building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships, scheduling, mentorship and supervision. Wayne is recognized as a collaborative team leader with excellent communications skills at all levels of an organization. |
