Kristin Evenson

As co-founder of Values@Work, Kristin identified the unique value proposition that drives each organization, then developed proprietary practices that protected and drove this “organizational DNA” forward.  She worked with companies and teams to unite and build momentum behind a clear, compelling vision for the future.

Kristin demonstrates an inherent ability – with both individuals and organizations – to hear beneath the surface, bring insights to light and put them to work in practical, business-driving ways.  She graduated from St. Olaf College with a double major in religion and psychology.
