Bill Bojan has a distinguished 25-year career in the related governance fields of board operations, risk management, risk-based internal auditing, ethics, and social responsibility. Previously, Bill held the position of Chief Risk Officer and General Auditor for UnitedHealth Group, a Fortune 25 corporation. He has a successful track record of creating integrated governance structures that maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of these structures within an organization, integrating such disciplines as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley, ethics & integrity, and business continuity planning. Considered a national expert in the areas of implementing ERM systems and risk-based internal audit programs, Bill led the design, development and implementation of methodology, tools, and processes for successful ERM and internal audit programs in large, complex companies. more |

Thomas E. Mills - Equipping Solutions and Operations
Tom Mills has a 27-year career in the software industry serving in various senior management roles in customer service, technical services, professional services, and operations. Throughout his career, Tom has contributed solid leadership in various business segments, such as enterprise-level communication networks, content management, e-commerce, and mobile and wireless quality test automation.
At IGS, Tom is responsible for overseeing operations and equipping alliance partners.

Scott E. McCullough
Scott McCullough comes to IGS with extensive experience in communications and media. He has been a television news cameraman and editor, working at stations in Detroit and Boston. He was an executive producer of corporate satellite television at Wang Laboratories and IDS/American Express, and managed the interactive training network for American Express Financial Advisors. He has also worked as a media consultant and trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt. He has taught television production and editing at Boston University, Emerson College, and Brown College. Scott’s most recent role was that of Director of Project Management for UnityWorks! Media, an internet video advertising company. He has served several non-profit organizations in the capacity of event planner and communications/public relations director, including ChurchMETRO and North Heights Lutheran Church’s men’s ministries.
